About Me

I’m a writer and communications professional based in New York. By day, I am the Chief Communications Officer at T'ruah: The Rabbinic Call for Human Rights. By night, I usually am exhausted and fall asleep looking at instagram.

In my freelance writing and comedy life, you may have seen my writing on The Onion, Someecards, McSweeney's Internet Tendency, The New Yorker, The Hairpin, Mad Magazine, Gelf, Trop Mag, and other corners of the internet. I wrote and performed sketch comedy with award-winning indie group Bridge & Tunnel. My sketch show about the hilarious isolation of new mommyhood, "I'm Your Mommy," ran at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre from 2017 to 2018. I’m a graduate of the improv and sketch programs at UCB.

I have also written two young adult novels, so if anyone wants to publish them drop me an email k thanx.

I live in Queens with my husband, two sons, and three silverfish that I know of.
